Not only was the objective to leave behind a sleeker more professional look and presentation design, but finding a way to make it easier for non-designers to keep the style and layouts consistent with a all types of content. That meant leaving tool tips and guides along the way in the default prompt text boxes, a wide array of charts and list types, and even a page with copy and paste icons, colors and images.
